yes!!absolutely crate train her during the day when you are not home or at night. i have a good book you can borrow. they learn that the crate is a "safe place" not a punishment but my dogs grew out of it. meaning, they used to sleep in their at night but as they got older we let them out at night to take over the living room couches. its just a good training device to use at first esp if there are potty problems or teething issues. they usually do very well. btw, this is liz at starbucks. i love your site. your dog is absolutely adorable, very sweet. you got lucky!
