what is worse is some of the comments left by readers on the ORIGINAL washington post story. they were ugly and evil.
the mother may never win a good parenting award BUT it is the fault of the system in this country.
NO child, i don't care if they are rich or poor, NO CHILD should EVER suffer much less die
